Checking the high level stop (brake) lamps

Checking the wiring and the relay

If the stop (brake) lamp does not light, check the cable between rear electronic module terminal #4D and high level stop (brake) lamps terminal #1.
Check for an open-circuit according to Checking wiring and terminals. Permanent fault See: Accessories and Optional Equipment/Cellular

Check the cable between high level stop (brake) lamps terminal #5 and ground. Check for an open-circuit according to Checking wiring and terminals.

If the high level stop (brake) lamps are constantly lit, check the cable between rear electronic module terminal #4D and high level stop (brake) lamps
