XC90 L5-2.5L Turbo VIN 59 B5254T2 (2004)
Thread the seat belt through the hole in the side post panel and out through the hole in the D-post panel.
Connect the connector to the SRS ignition cable.
Hook onto the seat belt reel.
Install:

1 screw for the seat belt reel. Tighten. See See: Body and Frame/Specifications

1 M10 screw for the upper mounting. Tighten

the seat belt cover
-
the cover for the side panel

the outer load floor.
