Preparations

Removing the front seat belt buckles
Remove:

the front seat. See Upholstery back rest, replacing See: Body and Frame/Seats/Seat Cover/Service and Repair/Front Seat, Driver's Seat, Front
Seat/Upholstery Backrest, Replacing (-2004) or Front seat, replacing (2005-)

the cover/clip in the panel.
Move the panel back and remove it.
