Outside temperature sensor door mirror, replacing

Removal

Preparatory work

essential information in the illustrations is always correct.

Ignition off.
XC90

Remove the door mirror.  See: Body and Frame/Mirrors/Service and Repair/Rear View Mirror, Replacing

Removing the outside temperature sensor

-

Remove the temperature sensor using a screwdriver as illustrated

-

Disconnect the terminal pin from connector

-

Remove the temperature sensor.

Installation

Installing the outside temperature sensor

Route the cable for the temperature sensor to the connector.
Install the terminal pin in the connector.
Press the temperature sensor in the door mirror.
