Gear selector cables, adjusting

Preparatory work
Ensure that the car is on a level surface. The parking brake must not be applied.
Move the gear selector to position P.
Ignition off.
Exposing the adjuster for the cable
Remove:
-
the fresh air intake from the air cleaner (ACL) housing
-
the fresh air intake and the air cleaner (ACL) housing (Applies to cars with B5254T4 engines).
