Removal

Removing the gear selector knob

Remove the gear selector knob (standard) with lock function. See Gear selector knob, replacing See: Gear Selector Knob, Replacing.

Removing the panel

Remove the panel (the pen holder) between the dashboard center console and the center console.
Pry out the panel at both ends. Use a weatherstrip tool.
Pull the panel straight out.
