XC90 L5-2.5L Turbo VIN 59 B5254T2 (2004)
Slacken off the nut on the return line for the oil pipe bracket a few turns.
Remove the screw nipple on the oil return line from the connection. Counterhold in the gearbox.
Pull out the oil pipe. Plug the connections in the gearbox.
Press a - 10 mm diameter plastic hose (compressed air hose) into place.
Length: 200 mm on the lower oil pipe.
Clamp the hose into place in the sub-frame.
Lower the car.
Detaching and installing the upper oil hose and pipe
Detach and push the upper oil hose away from the oil cooler.
