Windscreen wiper mechanism

-

Lubricate the lug using a soap solution

-

Install the mechanism in the correct position

-

Tighten the screws

-

Connect the connectors

-

Tighten the screws. Tighten to 20 Nm. Start with the outer screw (closest to the front wing)

Install the plenum chamber/gutter. See: Cowl, replacing See: Body and Frame/Cowl/Cowl Moulding / Trim/Service and Repair

Reset the wiper motor and mechanism by switching on the ignition and then turn the wiper switch on and off

Install the wiper arms. See Wiper arm / blade windshield, replacing See: Wiper Arm/Service and Repair/Wiper Arm/Blade Windshield, Replacing.
