Fault causes which will stop the data on the display from updating:

Defective multimedia module (MMM)

Problems with the MOST network.

Hint: Check that the MOST network is working before beginning fault-tracing.

Note! Check that no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) are stored in the multimedia module (MMM) or the infotainment control module (ICM)
and that other tests have been completed before fault-tracing.
