THIS TNN HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH THE CHASSIS UPPER LIMITS FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE PLASTIC WASHER IN THE IDLER
PULLEY.
PLEASE UPDATE YOUR FILES.
Description
On some XC90 MY07 with 3.2 L non turbo engines (engine code 98), the engine idler pulley might come loose due to an extra plastic washer assembled
with the pulley.
Repair
Remove the plastic washer according to the instructions below.

Removal
Remove the engine cover
Loosen the nuts for the air filter box and the fresh air pipe.
Remove the cover for the Engine Control Module (ECM)
