Removal

Drain the refrigerant from the air conditioning system. Refer to: Refrigerant, draining See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Service and Repair/Refrigerant,
Draining.

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure

Vacuum pump the AC system. Refer to: Vacuum pumping See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Service and Repair/Vacuum Pumping.
Fill the AC-system with refrigerant. Refer to: Refrigerant, filling See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Service and Repair/Refrigerant, Filling.
Leak-trace the air conditioning system. Refer to: Leak tracing, fluorescent tracing agent / UV lamp See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Testing and
Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics/Leak Tracing, Fluorescent Tracing Agent/UV Lamp 
Or Refer to: Leak tracing, electronic leak tracer See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General
