New design of the bushing

This replacement method applies to new designs of the bushing. The figure illustrates the new design.

Removal

Remove:

-

the rear wheels

-

the bracket between the filler pipe and the washer on the right-hand side

-

the screws in the bracket under the exhaust pipe.

Position a lifting table under the sub-frame.
Apply the lifting table so that the load is taken off the sub-frame screws.
Remove the 2 x rear screws.
Carefully lower the sub-frame approximately 70 mm.
