Removing and installing throttle valve moduleJ338
Removing and installing throttle valve module -J338-
The regulating flap control unit -J808- must be removed before the throttle valve module -J338- can be removed → Chapter.
   
–  Unplug electrical connector -1- at intake air temperature sender 3 -G520-.
–  Release spring-type clips -arrows- and remove charge air hose from throttle valve module -J338- and air pipe.

–  Remove securing bolts -arrows- and pull throttle valve module -J338- off intake manifold connection.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
t  Renew seals.
t  Hose connections and hoses for charge air system must be free of oil and grease before assembly.
t  Secure all hose connections with the correct type of hose clips (same as original equipment).
