Removing and installing side window - 3-door vehicles
Removing and installing tilt mechanism.

  • ‒ Unscrew hexagon bolts -1-.
  • ‒ Tightening torque 8 Nm.
  • ‒ Unscrew Torx bolt -3-.
  • ‒ Tightening torque 5 Nm.

→ Position of individual components

  • ‒ Secure Torx bolt -1- on installation with D 000 600 A2 and tighten to 5 Nm.
  • ‒ Tilt mechanism -2-
  • ‒ Sleeve -3-
  • ‒ Side window -4-
  • ‒ Windscreen -5-.
  • ‒ Nut -6-.
