Bleeding clutch system > < Removing and installing clutch master cylinder
Removing and installing clutch slave cylinder
Removing and installing clutch slave cylinder
Removing
–  Place a lint-free cloth under the slave cylinder.
   
–  Pull clip -A- for pipe/hose assembly out of slave cylinder until stop.
–  Pull pipe/hose assembly out of mounting -C-.
–  Pull pipe/hose assembly -B- out of slave cylinder and seal both openings.
–  Remove slave cylinder bolts -arrows- and remove slave cylinder.
Installing
Installation is carried out in reverse sequence; note the following:
–  Lubricate end of plunger with MoS2 grease.
  A30-0062
–  Bolt clutch slave cylinder to gearbox -arrows-.
–  Push pipe/hose assembly -B- into slave cylinder as far as stop.
–  Press in clip -A- onto stop.
–  Press pipe/hose assembly into mounting -C- on gearbox.
–  After installing clutch slave cylinder, bleed clutch system → Chapter.
