Removing and installing pendulum support
Removing and installing pendulum support
   
Removing
–  Remove centre noise insulation -arrows-.
  N37-0673
–  First unscrew bolts -arrows A- and then bolts -arrows B- on pendulum support.
–  Remove pendulum support.
Installing
Installation is carried out in reverse sequence; note the following:
–  First secure pendulum support to gearbox -arrows B-, then on subframe -arrows A-.
–  Use new bolts.
–  Install noise insulation → General body repairs, exterior; Rep. Gr.50.
Tightening torques
  N34-0712

Pendulum support togearbox40 + 90° 1) 2)
 subframe20 + 90° 1) 2)
l  1) Renew bolts
l  2) 90° = one quarter turn
