Removing and installing conductor strip with 10-pin connector
Removing and installing conductor strip with 10-pin connector
  Note
Gearbox oil temperature sender -G93- is integrated in the conductor strip.
Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Lever for conductor strip -3373-
  W00-0192
Removing
l  Valve body installed or removed.
–  Remove ATF strainer → Chapter.
–  Remove conductor strip with lever for conductor strip -3373-.
–  Apply lever for conductor strip -3373- as far as it will go under connectors for solenoid valves.
–  Detach connector in direction of -arrow-.
–  Remove securing bolt -1- for leadthrough.
–  Push leadthrough out of gearbox housing from outside to inside.
–  Unscrew bracket for 10-pin connector, disengage connector.
  Note
If the locking tabs on the solenoid valves are damaged, the valve body must be renewed.
–  Guide out wiring to 10-pin connector when removing.

Installing
l  Tightening torque → Chapter.
–  Route conductor strip so that it is not kinked or twisted when installing.
–  Press individual connectors of conductor strip onto solenoid valves, making sure that connectors engage correctly.
–  Insert 10-pin connector through gearbox housing.
–  Insert leadthrough and tighten securing bolt.
–  Install ATF strainer → Chapter.
–  Perform basic setting → Rep. Gr.01.
–  Fill up with ATF after repairs → Chapter.
