Removing and installing emergency battery for telematics
Removing and installing emergency battery for telematics
–  Switch off all electrical equipment.
–  Remove ignition key.
Removing:
–  Activate control unit service mode → Chapter.
   
–  Slacken off both bolts -arrows- on underside of telematics control unit and detach cover.

–  Pull connector -1- apart and pull out emergency battery -2-.
Installing:
–  Install accordingly in reverse order of removal.
–  Deactivate control unit service mode → Chapter.
