‒ → Pull bellows -7- off underside of selector mechanism.

‒ Slacken nut -1- securing selector fork to gear stick.

‒ Take bolt -8- out of selector fork.
-
‒ Remove gear stick knob and cover.
-
‒ Remove noise insulation.
-
‒ Unscrew nuts -3- and -4- securing ball housing and remove the two connecting pieces -2- and -5-.
-
‒ Lift ball housing -6- out of centre console together with gear stick.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order, when doing this note the following:

‒ Push selector rod on so that the securing bolt fits in the recess in the selector shaft.
