  Note
t  Install complete repair kit when servicing.
t  Apply a thin coat of assembly paste -G 052 150 A2- to brake cylinder, piston and seal.
   
1 - Bolt
q   30 Nm
2 - Protective cap
q   Insert in brake caliper
q   Renewing → Chapter
3  - Guide pin
q   Slide through sleeve
q   Renewing → Chapter
4 - Protective cap
q   Push onto bleeder valve
5 - Bleeder valve
q   Before screwing in, grease thread with thin coat of assembly paste -G 052 150 A2-.
q   15 Nm
6 - Brake caliper housing
7 - Retaining spring
q   Ensure correct installation position
8 - Protective cap
q   Do not damage when inserting piston
q   Grease with assembly paste -G 052 150 A2-.
9 - Piston
q   Apply a thin coat of assembly paste -G 052 150 A2- to piston before inserting
q   Diameter 57 mm
10 - Seal
q   Grease with assembly paste -G 052 150 A2-
11 - Brake carrier
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   The retaining pins (4x) for the brake pads on the brake carrier must NOT be slackened
12 - Bolt
q   196 Nm
