Caution!
Permissible tolerance is
±
0.01 mm per dial gauge (space
between two strokes on large dial).
Check position of small needles.
Setting throttle pairs 1/2 and 3/4 to each other:
Place dial gauge plate (1) on throttle body of cylinders 2 and 3.
Fork-shaped shim at adjusting screw between throttle bodies 2
and 3 remains inserted.
Tighten knurled screw (2) hand-tight.
Turn dials on both dial gauges so that large needles point to zero.
Note:
Note position of small needles (roughly at 5).
Failure to comply may result in an error of a full needle
revolution.
Raise throttle levers (1) between throttle bodies 2 and 3 slightly
and then release several times to check whether large needles
always point to zero.
If necessary, correct dials.
