Bonding of rear trim strip:

Carefully open rear door.

Clean trim strip (1) completely and treat area in adhesive channel
(2) with BMW-approved materials (sourcing reference: BMW Parts
Service),

refer to 51 13 ... .

Note:

Note specified ventilation time!

No adhesive is applied in area (A).

(A) = 10 mm

Clean edge of side window (1) at rear and treat with BMW-
approved materials (repair kit, sourcing reference: BMW Parts
Service),

refer to 51 13 ... .

Note:

Note specified ventilation time!

Cut off nozzle to inside diameter (A).

(A) = approx. 3 mm

If applicable, produce a sample bead before gluing.
