6. Install the grommet to the floor pan.

7. Connect the electrical connector to the park brake warning lamp switch.
8. Install the park brake warning lamp switch wiring harness retainer to the park brake pedal assembly.
9. Reposition the carpet.

10. Install the park brake release cable to the handle. Refer to Park Brake Release Cable Replacement  (See: Parking Brake Cable/Service and

Repair/Park Brake Release Cable Replacement) .

11. Install the left front carpet retainer. Refer to Front Carpet Retainer Replacement  (See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Carpet/Service

and Repair) .

12. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle  (See: Maintenance/Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair) .
13. Install the park brake cable retainer to the floor pan by pulling the park brake cable retainer into place.
14. Connect the front park brake cable (3) to the park brake cable connector (1).
15. Lower the vehicle.
