Prizm L4-108 1.8L DOHC VIN 8 MFI (1998)

Tighten the TV cable retaining bolt to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.).
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the TV cable to the throttle valve cam at the valve body assembly.
4. Install the new transaxle fluid pan gasket and transaxle fluid pan to the transaxle. Refer to AT Fluid/Filter Changing.
5. Install the transaxle drain plug (2) to the transaxle fluid pan.

Tighten the transaxle drain plug to 17 Nm (113 inch lbs.).
6. Install the PNP switch to the transaxle. Refer to Park/Neutral Position Switch Replacement.
7. Install the left splash shield to the vehicle. Secure with 6 bolts.

Tighten the left splash shield bolts to 5 Nm (44 inch lbs.).
8. Lower the vehicle.
9. Install the TV cable into the TV cable guide bracket at the top of the transaxle.
