Tracker 2WD L4-2.0L VIN C (1999)
6. Apply DEXRON-III Automatic Transmission Fluid, GM P/N 12346143, or equivalent, to the sliding surface of the rotor (2).
7. Place the rotor with the dot (1) side facing upward. Install the rotor to the shaft (3).
8. Install a new snap ring to the shaft (3), fitting the snap ring securely into the shaft groove. Do NOT reuse old snap rings.
9. Apply DEXRON-III Automatic Transmission Fluid, GM P/N 12346143, or equivalent, to the sliding surface of the cam ring (1)
10. Install the cam ring to the pump body. Place the tapered end of the cam ring facing the side plate (2).
11. Apply DEXRON-III Automatic Transmission Fluid, GM P/N 12346143, or equivalent, to each vane (2).
12. Install 10 vanes to the rotor (1).
13. Install the snap ring to the pump shaft.
