Exterior Lighting - Lamp Switch Focus 1999 (08/1998-12/2004)
Removal and Installation

Removal
  1. CAUTION:
    CAUTION:Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Section  414-01 Battery, Mounting and Cables.
    Remove the lower driver's side footwell trim.

  1. Detach the lamp switch bezel.
    • Remove two screws.

  1. Remove the light switch.
    • Remove three screws.
    • Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Installation

  1. Refit the components in reverse order.
  1. Check the operation of the light switch, headlamp levelling, instrument panel illumination dimmer and light switch illumination.
