Remover/Installer, Cooling Hose Clamp

1. Drain the charge air cooler cooling system.
   For additional information, refer to Charge Air Cooler Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding in this section.
   

2. Using the special tool disconnect the charge air cooler coolant hose from the charge air cooler water pump (air cleaner intake pipe and front bumper shown removed for clarity).

3. Using the special tool disconnect the charge air cooler radiator coolant hose from the charge air cooler water pump (air cleaner intake pipe and front bumper shown removed for clarity).

4. Disconnect the charge air cooler water pump electrical connector (air cleaner intake pipe and front bumper shown removed for clarity).

5. Remove the charge air cooler water pump retaining nuts (air cleaner intake pipe and front bumper shown removed for clarity).

6. Remove the charge air cooler water pump (air cleaner intake pipe and front bumper shown removed for clarity).
   • Remove the charge air cooler water pump retaining bracket.

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
