Disassembly and Assembly

Disassembly
  1. Detach the rear of the child safety seat cushion cover from the underside
    • Detach the retaining strip.

  1. Detach the front of the child safety seat cushion cover from the child safety seat base.
    • Detach the retaining strip.

  1. Remove the child safety seat base plate retaining nuts.

  1. Detach the booster seat cushion release strap from the child safety seat base plate.

  1. Detach the child safety seat cushion base.
    1. Remove the retaining bolts.
    1. Push the booster seat cushion release strap through the cushion base.

  1. Raise the child safety seat cushion base.

  1. Remove the child safety seat cushion base.
    • Detach the cushion cover from the retaining tangs.

  1. Detach the child safety seat cushion cover from the booster seat base.
    • Detach the retaining strip.

  1. Remove the booster seat base.

  1. Remove the booster seat front cushion.
    1. Roll the cushion cover inwards to access the pleating hog rings.
    1. Cut the hog rings.

  1. Remove the booster seat rear cushion.
    1. Roll the cushion cover inwards to access the pleating hog rings.
    1. Cut the hog rings.

Assembly
  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Use hog ring pliers to close the hog rings. Do not use any other tool. The hog rings must be closed to overlap as illustrated.
    To assemble, reverse the disassemble procedure.
