Install the oil pump drive shaft into the torque converter. | | | -
Install a torque wrench with a 5/16 Allen head socket attached on the oil pump drive shaft. | | | -
Verify that the insert can hold torque. | | | -
If the insert cannot hold the specified torque, install a new torque converter. | |
