Removal

  1. Refer to: Ventilverstelleinheit (303-01 Motor - 1.6L Duratec-16V Ti-VCT (Sigma), Removal and Installation).

Installation
  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Make sure that a new component is installed.
    Coat the camshaft bearing journal and the sealing lip of the camshaft oil seal with clean engine oil.
    Special Tool(s): 303-318
    Material: Engine Oil - 5W-30
