Removal and Installation

Special Tool(s)
308-204
Aligner, Clutch Disc

Removal

  1. Remove the transmission.
    Refer to: Getriebe - 2.5L Duratec-ST (VI5) (308-03, Removal).

  1. Slacken the bolts of the clutch pressure plate each two turns at a time in the sequence shown.

Installation
  1. Follow the indicated sequence and tighten the bolts of the clutch pressure plate each two turns at a time until the specified tightening torque is achieved.
    Special Tool(s): 308-204
    Torque: 23 Nm
  1. Install the transmission.
    Refer to: Getriebe - 2.5L Duratec-ST (VI5) (308-03, Installation).
