Removal and Installation

Removal

WARNING:
WARNING:The stationary refrigeration system must not be connected to the 230-volt circuit during repair work. Failure to observe this instruction can lead to injury.
  1. Evacuate the refrigeration system. For additional information, refer to Section  412-00 Climate Control System - General Information.
  1. Push the driver's seat forwards as far as possible.

  1. Unscrew the band clamp bolts for the stationary refrigeration pressure regulator.
    • Cut the cable ties.

  1. CAUTION:
    CAUTION:Seal off the refrigerant lines and the stationary refrigeration pressure regulator to prevent dirt ingress.
    Remove the stationary refrigeration pressure regulator.
    • Discard the O-rings.

Installation

WARNING:
WARNING:The stationary refrigeration system must not be connected to the 230-volt circuit during repair work. Failure to observe this instruction can lead to injury.
  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Install new refrigerant line O-rings.
    NOTE:
    NOTE:Coat the O-rings for the refrigerant lines with clean refrigerant oil prior to installation.
    Install the components in the reverse order.
  1. Adjust the stationary refrigeration pressure regulator.
