Speed Control - Speed Control Cable Windstar 1995 (10/1994-07/2000)
Removal and Installation

Removal

  1. Remove the speed control servo.
    For additional information, refer to Actuator—Speed Control Servo in this section.

  1. Remove the speed control actuator cable from the throttle lever.

  1. Squeeze the speed control cable and remove it from the bracket.

Installation

  1. NOTE:
    NOTE:Make sure that the speed control cable does not interfere with throttle travel.
    To install, reverse the removal procedure.
