Shift Cable: Service and Repair
A/T Range Selector Cable Bracket Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the throttle body air inlet duct.
2. Remove the automatic transaxle range selector cable from the automatic transaxle range selector lever and the cable bracket.
3. Remove the automatic transaxle range selector cable bracket bolts/screws.
4. Remove the automatic transaxle range selector cable bracket.
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the automatic transaxle range selector cable bracket.
2. Install the automatic transaxle range selector cable bracket bolts/screws.

Tighten the automatic transaxle range selector cable bracket bolts/screws to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
NOTICE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the automatic transaxle range selector cable to the automatic transaxle range selector lever and the cable bracket.
4. Adjust the automatic transaxle range selector cable if necessary.
5. Install the throttle body air inlet duct.
