F - Re-pressing sender wheel > < D - Pressing sender wheel onto crankshaft flange with assembly toolT10134
E - Check the fitting position of the sender wheel on the crankshaft.
E - Check the fitting position of the sender wheel on the crankshaft.
   
–  Screw the hexagon nut -E- to end of threaded spindle.
–  Unscrew the 2 bolts -A- of the engine block.
–  Unscrew the three knurled screws -B- out of sealing flange.
–  Remove assembly tool -T10134-.
–  Remove sealing lip support ring.

–  The sender wheel is in the correct installation position on the crankshaft if a gap -a- = 0.5 mm exists between crankshaft flange -A- and sender wheel -B-.

–  Place calliper gauge on crankshaft flange.
  N13-10036
–  Measure distance between crankshaft flange -A- and sender wheel -B-.
l  Specification: Dimension -a- = 0.5 mm
–  Re-press sender wheel → Chapter.
If distance -a- is attained:
–  Tighten the fixing screws of the sealing flange crosswise, one after another.

–  Install the engine speed sender -G28--arrow- → Chapter.
–  Install sump → Chapter.
–  Fit the intermediate plate.
–  Install flywheel using new bolts. Tighten the fixing bolt to 60 Nm + 90°.
