Coolant thermostat: remove and install > < Removing

Install
Carry out the previous operations in reverse order, taking the following into account:
   
–  Dampen the new O-ring -3- with coolant.
–  Position the coolant pump -4-. Assembly position: the lid of the casing indicates downwards.
–  Position the coolant pump -4- in the engine block and tighten the fastening bolts -5-.
   Tightening torque: 15 Nm
–  Tighten the bolt -1- that fastens the rear protector of the toothed belt -2- to the cylinder head.
   Tightening torque: 20 Nm
–  Assembly of the toothed belt and distribution timing adjustment → Chapter.
–  Install the tensioning device for the ribbed belt.
   Tightening torque: 25 Nm
–  Install the ribbed belt → Chapter.
–  Add coolant → Chapter.
