Bodywork cooling system > < Oil pressure and oil pressure switch: checking
Cooling system: removing and fitting.

  Note
t  The cooling system is under pressure when the engine is warm. Therefore, this pressure must de reduced before repairing.
t  Hose connections are secured with spring clamps. Always use spring clips when performing repairs.
t  For fitting spring-type clips, it is advisable to use retention tool -T20174- or pliers -T20029-.
t  When fitting, route coolant hoses without tension and not touching other components (note marking on coolant connection and hose).
Perform cooling system leakage check with tester -SAT 1274- and adaptor -VAG 1274/8- and adaptor -VAG 1274/9-.
