1 - Allen head bolt
q   8 Nm
2 - Revolution sensors front left and right -G45-/-G47-
q   Checked by self-diagnosis → VAS 5051
q   Before fitting the sensor, clean the interior seating surface and coat with G 000 650 lubricating paste
q   When fitting revolution sensors make sure that the cables are not twisted when inserted into the wheel housing
q   The rotors and front revolution sensors on both sides are identical
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Revolution sensor cable: removing and installing → Chapter
3 - Cover plate
4 - Hexagon bolt
q   10 Nm
5 - Revolution sensor rotor
q   The rotors and front revolution sensors on both sides are identical
q   Checking → Chapter
q   Removing and installing: → Running gear, axles, steering; Rep. Gr.40
6 - Wheel hub
q   Removing and installing: → Running gear, axles, steering; Rep. Gr.40
7 - Star-head screw
q   4 Nm
8 - Rear brake disc, ventilated
q   Brake disc: Ø 256.00 mm
q   Thickness of brake disk: 20.00 mm
q   Wear limit: 18.00 mm
q   In case of wear replace both discs on the same axle
q   Do not use force to separate the brake from the wheel hub, use deoxidant if necessary, as the brake disc could be damaged
9 - Star-head screw
q   4 Nm
10 - Brake pads
q   With a soundproofing plate at the rear of the backplate
q   Thickness: 11.00 mm
q   Wear limit: 7.00 including back plate
q   Always replace all the pads on the same axle
q   Removing and installing → Chapter
q   Thickness: checking: → Booklet
q   Correspondance: → Parts Catalogue
11 - Brake back plate
12 - Heat shield
q   Fit in piston
13 - Brake caliper
Removal:
q   Brake pads: removing → Chapter
q   Fit brake pedal support
q   Loosen hose item → Item from the brake caliper
Installing:
q   Brake pads: fitting → Chapter
q   Tighten hose item → Item from the brake caliper
q   Remove brake pedal support
q   Bleed brake system → Chapter
q   Do not unscrew hose item → Item when replacing brake pads
q   Repairing → Chapter
14 - Support hose
15 - Brake hose
q   With connection pipe and hollow bolt
q   Hollow bolt tightening torque: 38 Nm
q   Do not unscrew hose when replacing brake pads
16 - Protective cover
q   Fit over brake backplate item → Item and the guide pins item → Item
17 - Guide bush
q   Lubricate before fitting the protective cover item → Item
18 - Hexagon bolt
q   35 Nm, self-locking
q   Renew after removing
q   When tightening and loosening, the guide pin item. should be immobilized → Item
19 - Sleeve
20 - Splined bolt
q   125 Nm
q   Renew after removing
