Fitting
Fitting
–  Carefully fit the wheel bearing and hub assembly to the axle pivot.
–  Use a new dodecagonal nut and tighten.
l  Specified torque: 175 Nm
   
–  Insert the new dustguard with the installation tool -U-40002 -.
  Note
t  So that the seal is perfect, a new dust guard cover should always be used.
t  If the dustguard cover is damaged, damp may get in. For this reason, the correct installation tool -U-40002 - must always be used.
For fitting, the operations are carried out in reverse order to the removal, taking the following into account:
–  Press several times on the brake pedal fully so that the brake shoes sit correctly into their service position.
  E42-0027
Tightening torques: 
Attachment bolt for drum and disks.4 Nm
Brake calliper attachment bolt30 Nm + 30°
Wheel bolts120 Nm
