q   removing and installing → Chapter

q   clipped onto the intake manifold
8 - 8 Nm
9 - Return-flow hose
q   blue or with blue marking
q   secure with spring strap clamps
q   check for firm seating
q   to fuel pump → 1.2/40; 1.2/47 Engine - Mechanics → Rep. Gr.20
10 - Hose from air filter
11 - 20 Nm

q   pay attention to Part No.
q   Fitting location: in the exhaust manifold
q   coat only thread with hot bolt paste -G 052 112 A3 -; hot bolt paste must not get into the slot of the probe body
q   Testing lambda probe -G39- and lambda control upstream of catalytic converter → Chapter

q   Testing lambda probe - G130- and lambda control downstream of catalytic converter → Chapter
q   for engines complying with exhaust emission standard EU-4 and EU-3 DDK
18 - coolant temperature sender -G62 -*
q   resistances → Chapter
q   before removing, reduce pressure in cooling system if necessary
19 - Retaining clip
q   check tightness
20 - Fuel rail with injection valves
q   Disassembling and assembling → Chapter
21 - Coolant regulator housing
q   disassembling and assembling → 1.2/40; 1.2/47 Engine - Mechanics → Rep. Gr.19
