  Caution
Risk of damage to the adjusting device of the clutch.
t  The clutch is self-adjusting. Vibrations can have an effect on this adjusting device. Therefore do not let the clutch fall. Do not let the clutch fall into the gearbox when installing it.
t  A clutch that has been dropped on a hard surface, or which is otherwise damaged, must no longer be installed.
   
1 - Hinge bearing
q   for large engaging lever
q   is not replaced
2 - Ball pin
q   for small engaging lever
3 - Adjusting washer „SK1“
q   Determine thickness → Chapter
4 - Adjusting washer „SK2“
q   Determine thickness → Chapter
5 - Small engaging bearing
6 - Double clutch
q   removing → Chapter
q   installing → Chapter
7 - Circlip
q   replace
8 - Hub
9 - Circlip
q   replace
10 - Large engaging lever
11 - Guide bushing-top part
q   is removed and installed together with the guide bushing-bottom part Pos. 14
12 - Small engaging lever
q   is removed and installed together with the top and bottom part of the guide bushing
13 - Screw, 8 Nm + torque a further 90° (1/4 turn)
q   replace
14 - Guide bushing-bottom part
q   is removed and installed together with the guide bushing-top part Pos. 11
15 - Sealing ring
q   for inner drive shaft
16 - Sealing ring
q   for outer drive shaft
