Install FCV kit on vehicle as follows:
1.
Remove spare tire and air cleaner assembly from vehicle.
2.
Install temperature valve assembly onto manifold where shown in Figure 2. Torque the bolts to 18 ft.lbs.

Remove original vacuum hose from manifold to air suction valve and install new hose number 15 where shown in Figure 3.

Install new hose number 16 to air suction valve.
5.
Remove plug from float bowl vent on carburetor and install new hose number 18 where shown in Figure 4.
