Air Pipe

Install air pipe and connect two air hoses.
Torque Value:
74 in.lbs (8.3 Nm)

Place spacers on intake manifold. Clean injector holes.
9.
Place injectors with LH delivery pipe on intake manifold. Ensure injectors rotate smoothly. position injector connectors upward. Tighten delivery
pipe retaining bolts.
Torque Value:
9 ft.lb (13 Nm)
10.
Connect fuel hose to No. 1 fuel pipe.
No. 2 Fuel Pipe
11.
Install No. 2 fuel pipe with four new gaskets and two union bolts.
Torque Value:
25 ft.lb (34 Nm)
12.
Connect injector connectors.
No. 1 Fuel Pipe And Inlet
13.
Connect inlet hose to fuel filter with two new gaskets and union bolt.
Torque Value:
22 ft.lb (29 Nm)
14.
Install air intake chamber.
Torque Value:
32 ft.lb (43 Nm)
