Cooling Loop with Expandable Hose, Replace > < Intake Line, Replace

 

Replace Cooling Loop  

Notice: 

This operation is described for a vehicle with X 16 XEL engine; for other versions, proceed analogously. Fluid leaks during removal of lines and hoses - place collecting basin underneath. Take care to ensure snag- and kink-free routing of hydraulic hoses and lines during installation; avoid chafing or contact with hot or rotating parts.  

Object Number: 616191  Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove front panelling - see operation "Front Panelling, Remove and Install" in Group "A".  

Detach cooling loop union nuts (1). Loosen and remove cooling loop from fastening elements (2).  

Object Number: 616192  Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Insert cooling loop into fastening elements and tighten cooling loop union nuts - tightening torque 28 Nm/20.5 lbf. ft.  

Install front panelling - see operation "Front Panelling, Remove and Install" in group "A".
