Replace Return Hose  

Notice: 

This operation is described for an LHD vehicle with X 14 XE engine; for other versions, proceed analogously. Fluid leaks during removal of lines and hoses - place collecting basin underneath. Take care to ensure snag- and kink-free routing of hydraulic hoses and lines during installation; avoid chafing or contact with hot or rotating parts.  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Loosen return hose clamp at return pipe and fluid reservoir. Remove return hose (1) from fastening elements.  

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Insert return hose into fastening elements and install on fluid reservoir and return pipe with hose clamps - fasten fluid-tight.  

Charge and bleed hydraulic system - see operation "Hydraulic System, Charge and Bleed".
