Engine bleed flange, Remove and Install (X 14 XE,
Z 14 XE, X 16 XEL, Z 16 XE, Z 16 YNG)
 Remove

Remove intake manifold and intake manifold flange or lower
section of CNG intake manifold - see operation "Intake Manifold,
Remove and Install (X 14 XE, X 16 XEL)" or Intake Manifold, Remove
and Install (Z 14 XE, Z 16 XE, Z 16 YNG)" and "Intake Manifold
Flange, Remove and Install (X 14 XE, Z 14 XE, X 16 XEL, Z 16 XE)"
or "CNG intake manifold lower section, Remove and Install".
Detach engine vent hose (1) from cylinder head cover.
Remove fastening bolts (2) and (3). Remove engine vent flange
upwards.
 Clean
Clean sealing surfaces.
Install
Insert new seal (4) – note installation position, bead (5)
must point upwards (to flange).
Attach engine vent flange to cylinder block – tightening
torque 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft.

Attach engine vent flange to control unit bracket. Install
engine vent hose.
Install intake manifold flange or lower section of CNG intake
manifold and intake manifold - see operation "Intake Manifold
Flange, Remove and Install (X 14 XE, Z 14 XE, X 16 XEL, Z 16 XE, Z
16 YNG)" and "Intake Manifold, Remove and Install (X 14 XE, X 16
XEL)" or Intake Manifold, Remove and Install (Z 14 XE, Z 16 XE)" or
"CNG intake manifold lower section, Remove and Install".
