Injection Lines, Remove and Install
 Remove

Remove fastening clips (1) from injection lines – note
installation position.
Detach and remove injection lines from injector nozzles and
injection pump.

Inspect
Check injection line cones and replace injection lines if
necessary.
Install
Attach injection lines free of tension to injection pump and
install injector nozzles – tightening torque – 25 Nm /
18 lbf. ft.
Attach fastening clips to injection lines – note
installation position.
