Remove fluid cooler lines (1) from side cover and transmission.

Remove fluid cooler lines (2) and (3) from fluid radiator.

Note:   Fluid escapes – place pan underneath.

Caution

Note installation position of fluid cooler lines in order to route connecting hoses without kinks or twisting – make allowance for engine tilting motion.

Provide banjo bolts (2) with new seal rings (1). Observe tightening torque to prevent damage.

Install fluid cooler lines with new seal rings on fluid radiator – tightening torque 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft.

Install fluid cooler lines with new seal rings on side cover and transmission – tightening torque 25 Nm / 18 lbf. ft.

If present: Install lower engine cover – see operation "Lower Engine Cover, Remove and Install" in group "A".

  Inspect

Check level of transmission fluid and correct if necessary – see operation "Transmission Fluid Level, Check and Correct (AF 13-II/AF 17/AF 20/AF 22)".
