Replace water drain hose actuation unit, rear - L69

1.   Remove moulded headlining
2.   Remove luggage compartment panelling (side) LUREF_1.gif
Object Number: 10680999 Size: DEFAULT

3.   Detach water drain hose
•   Detach water drain hose (1) from plenum chamber connection (2)

4.   Pull water drain hose (1) out of luggage compartment floor
Note:   Remove water drain hose (1) at bottom of luggage compartment floor
•   Remove 2x cable ties (arrow)
•   Carefully pull out water drain hose (1)

5.   Untie pulling wire
•   Untie pulling wire from water drain hose

  Install

6.   Tie pulling wire to new water drain hose
•   Fasten pulling wire to new water drain hose!
7.   Install water drain hose
•   Pull in water drain hose using pulling wire
Note:   A second mechanic is required for pulling
8.   Untie pulling wire
•   Untie pulling wire from water drain hose
9.   Attach water drain hose to actuation unit
•   Attach water drain hose to plenum chamber connection of actuation unit
10.   Attach water drain hose to luggage compartment floor
•   Insert water drain hose in luggage compartment floor
•   Check for correct installation position of water drain hose at bottom of luggage compartment floor
•   Attach 2x cable ties
11.   Remove luggage compartment panelling (side) LUREF_1.gif
12.   Install moulded headlining
