Replace intake pipe pressure sensor > < Replace throttle valve module

Intake Pipe Pressure Sensor, Replace (Z16XEP)

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
2.   Remove engine control unit
Note:   When replacing or swapping over the engine control unit, the security code must be reset with TECH 2 before removal - see corresponding test instructions
•   Disconnect 2x wiring harness plug, engine control unit (1)

3.   Detach engine control unit from intake manifold
•   Remove earth cable (2)
– Unscrew bolt (1)
•   Unscrew 3x bolts (3)

4.   Disconnect wiring harness plug, intake pipe pressure sensor (1)
5.   Detach intake pipe pressure sensor (2) from intake manifold
•   Unscrew bolt
Object Number: 2412794 Size: DEFAULT


  Install

6.   Attach intake pipe pressure sensor to intake manifold
•   Tighten bolt 8 Nm
7.   Connect intake pipe pressure sensor wiring harness plug
8.   Attach engine control unit to intake manifold
•   Tighten 3x bolt 8 Nm
•   Install earth cable
– Tighten bolt 8 Nm
•   Connect 2x wiring harness plug, engine control unit
9.   Close bonnet
